Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days, depending on location.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Restrictions

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
• We only ship within the United States; international shipping is not available at this time.
• Due to state regulations, we do not ship cigars to Utah, South Dakota, or Maine.

Age Verification

• All cigar orders require adult signature (21+) upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID may be required by the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
• Kolja Cigars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, cigars are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
